Empire south pass tarpon rodeo

During the first week of August the town of Empire comes together for one of their largest social events of the year. There's great food, camaraderie and southern hospitality shared by everyone involved, and the local residents love to entertain. The 74th Empire South Pass Tarpon Rodeo will host teams from South Louisiana in search of the largest tarpon, inshore and offshore species. Bring your family and friends to this year's event for nightly live music and experience true Cajun culture, hosted by Delta Marina.
